Have you tried using your Eyefinity setup with the native GOG installation of the game? GOG release games with the latest available official patches already applied, though I don't own this game on GOG so cannot confirm that this is the case for this game, but it is the Fortune's Edition.
Posted May 20, If this matches the Steam installation then I'd say that GOG have been given the latest digital distribution version by Ubisoft, so it is likely an issue with what Ubisoft have provided to both Steam and GOG. In any case, raise a support ticket to GOG with all the details and maybe search the Ubisoft and Steam forums to see if anyone has any workarounds.
